Ingredients
- Grilling Chicken Drumsticks: Any part of the chicken legs can be used, but chicken drumsticks work best for this recipe. If you like dark meat you could always use chicken thighs. If you prefer white meat, use chicken wings or chicken breasts and adjust the cooking time as needed.
- Flaky Sea Salt: To bring out the flavors in your chicken and liven up your dish. You could also use your favorite spice rub in place of the salt and pepper.
- Black Pepper: I like to use a pepper grinder for my savory dishes, it tastes so fresh!
- Olive Oil: I primarily use olive oil or avocado oil when grilling, I also love using other healthy fats like coconut oil, beef tallow or ghee.
- Buffalo Dipping Sauce: Your favorite store bought buffalo dipping sauce will work great here.
- Optional Garlic Parmesan Blend Topping
- Parmesan: Any hard cheese will work such as parmesan, romano or pecorino cheese.
- Garlic Powder: Garlic powder makes this topping easy to throw together, you can use fresh minced garlic as well.
- Fresh Parsley: Fresh parsley works best here, you could also use dried parsley if that's what you have on hand!
