Ingredients
- Ground beef, can substitute for ground turkey
- Worcestershire sauce
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Flaky sea salt or seasoned salt
- Dehydrated onions, optional but is ideal for the copycat big mac flavor
- Eggs
- Heavy cream
- Coconut flour or almond flour
- Olive oil
- Mayo
- Sugar-free ketchup
- Dill pickle relish or finely chop pickle slices
- Yellow mustard
- White onion
- Paprika
- Pickle brine or white vinegar
- Shredded cheddar cheese, can substitute for american cheese slices for the perfect melty cheese
- Sesame seeds
- Beefsteak tomato
- Iceberg lettuce
- Sliced dill pickles

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease the 9 x13 casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon dehydrated onions, 2 eggs, ¼ c heavy cream and ¼ c coconut flour. Mix the ingredients with your hands until fully combined.
Step 2: Press the ground beef mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish and top with ½ c cheddar cheese evenly over the meat casserole. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the meat mixture is no longer pink and the internal temperature is 160°F.
Step 3: Make your special sauce by combining ½ c mayo, 3 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup, 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish, finely chopped pickle slices, 1 ½ tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 tablespoon grated or finely chopped white onion, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder and 2 teaspoon pickle brine in a small bowl, set aside.
Step 4: Chop your lettuce, tomatoes and diced onions.
Drizzle the beef mixture with the creamy big mac sauce. Place your favorite burger toppings like the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickle slices and sesame seeds on top of the casserole.

Hint: You may have some liquid run off from the juicy ground beef once it has cooked. I personally leave it for the extra fat and goodness. You can also drain it off before adding your toppings and homemade big mac sauce!

Storage
Store your keto big mac casserole in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
Freezer Meal Prep
You can also easily meal prep this keto big mac casserole by adding the meat mixture in a casserole dish or foil pan. Top with the cheddar cheese and wrap with plastic wrap to freeze for up to 3-6 months.
When you are ready to eat, heat in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes until the center is cooked and and the internal temperature is 160°F. Make your special sauce and top with your favorite toppings!

- 2 tablespoon grated or finely chopped white onion
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon pickle brine or white vinegar
Toppings:
- ½ c shredded cheddar cheese can substitute for american cheese slices
- 1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 beefsteak tomato chopped
- ½ c iceberg lettuce chopped
- ½ c sliced dill pickles
- ½ c white onion chopped
