Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease the 9 x13 casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon dehydrated onions, 2 eggs, ¼ c heavy cream and ¼ c coconut flour. Mix the ingredients with your hands until fully combined.
Press the ground beef mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish and top with ½ c cheddar cheese evenly over the meat casserole. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the meat mixture is no longer pink and the internal temperature is 160°F.
Make your special sauce by combining ½ c mayo, 3 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup, 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish, finely chopped pickle slices, 2 tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 tablespoon grated or finely chopped white onion, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder and ½ teaspoon pickle brine in a small bowl, set aside.
Chop your lettuce, tomatoes and diced onions.
Drizzle the beef mixture with the creamy big mac sauce. Place your favorite burger toppings like the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and sesame seeds on top of the casserole.
