You can whip up one of these tasty drinks with a non-alcoholic beverage such as a sparking white non-alcoholic wine, sparkling lemonade, a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh mint sprig.

Mocktails aren't just for pregnant women, they are great way to enjoy a beverage for social gatherings, families and when you want to feel your best self! This mocktail recipe is also full of vitamin c as it's made with lemonade, lemon juice and a fresh lemon slice, yum!
Mocktails are a great drink choice for pregnant mamas, especially when dealing with morning sickness, the bubbles and citrus in this mocktail are the perfect choice.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling white wine (750 ml)
- 1 liter of sparkling lemonade
- 3 fresh mint sprigs
- 2 whole lemons (8-12 lemon slices and a lemon juice from ½ lemon)
Instructions
Step 1: In a large pitcher, add the bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling white wine.
Step 2: Add 1 liter of sparkling lemonade.
Step 3: Slice one whole lemon, about 8 lemon slices and add to pitcher. Remove mint leaves from the 3 fresh mint sprigs and stir to combine or shake well in a cocktail shaker.
Step 4: Stir to combine and place the mocktail in the fridge until ready to serve. Once ready to serve, sugar the rim of a chilled glass, fill with ice cubes and pour over the mocktail. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and enjoy!
Substitutions
The base of all healthy mocktail recipes for spritzers include some type of juice, bubbles and an acid (lemon slices, lime wedge, lemon juice, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice etc.)
- Sparkling soda or fruit juices: ginger ale, orange juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, apple cider, club soda (soda water) or coconut water.
- Fresh herbs: If you don't have fresh mint leaves, you can use other fresh herbs such as rosemary or basil for a delicious drink!
- Fresh Fruit: If you don't have lemon slices, you could pair with a different juice and use lime wedges or orange slices.

Large pitcher: For serving your mocktail over ice cubes in a chilled glass!
Storage
Due to the bubbles and fizz in this mocktail, it's ideal to consume the day of for the best taste and flavor. If you need to store the mocktail, ideally pour it back into a wine bottle and seal with a wine stopper.
