These Breakfast Chicken Sausage patties are the perfect healthy start to your morning. Made with mushrooms, green onions, sage, thyme and a dash of maple syrup for the ultimate healthy breakfast sausage!

Chop mushrooms finely and sauté with a dash of olive oil until cooked, about 3 minutes.

Slice the green onions and place in a medium bowl with the ground chicken, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder and cooked mushrooms.

Roll the chicken mixture into patties. Cook the patties 3-4 minutes per side or until 165°F internally.
